All methodologies, templates, and proprietary materials remain the property of AuditPro. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation if necessary
• Arbitration in Vancouver, BC
• Applicable Canadian law

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
